Use of Mobile Phones at the Contact Centre

We are sorry but the use of mobile phones to make calls, send messages or texts is NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES in the Contact Centre during operating hours.  Phone calls in or out are not permitted.  If a non-resident parent wishes to take a picture using their mobile phone the Contact Centre staff must first get the permission from the resident parent and then the picture can only be taken before the session starts or after it has finished.  The showing of pictures on a mobile phone is also prohibited. This also goes for cameras, digital or otherwise.

Outside Of Contact Centre Visitations

The non-resident parent will not be allowed to take the child or children out of the Contact Centre without prior approval by the resident parent, both verbally and in writing.

In the case of court ordered visitations Off Site, the Contact Centre's Co-ordinator or Team Leaders must have a referral form from the solicitor stating as such.  Otherwise, prior approval must be obtained, both verbally and in writing, from the resident parent.

NUNEATON CHILDRENS CONTACT CENTRE

The Nuneaton Children's Contact Centre is a meeting place for people of divorced or seperated families to come together and enjoy a safe, friendly and happy play time with their children.  Most of our families are referred to us via the courts and solicitors.  We do accept self referrals, but only by prior arrangement.  All families wishing to use the Contact Centre must fill in a referral form which you can download by clicking on the picture to the right and post it or email it to us at the contact information listed below.
