Outside Of Contact Centre Visitations

The non-resident parent will not be allowed to take the child or children out of the Contact Centre without prior approval by the resident parent, both verbally and in writing.

In the case of court ordered visitations Off Site, the Contact Centre's Co-ordinator or Team Leaders must have a referral form from the solicitor stating as such.  Otherwise, prior approval must be obtained, both verbally and in writing, from the resident parent.

If the above criteria is not met and the non-resident parent attempts to leave the premises with the child/children, the Contact Centre staff will call the police and request their attendance until the issue is resolved.

Any conflict can be avoided with proper communication between both parties.
